This large three-bedroom apartment offers comfortable living with spectacular river and Story Bridge views. Master bedroom The master suite faces directly toward the Story Bridge and Brisbane River. It includes a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, large walk-through wardrobe and a spacious ensuite with double sinks and a bathtub. The ensuite also connects to a private balcony where you can enjoy the incredible river views. During events like Riverfire or New Year’s Eve, the fireworks and Story Bridge light displays can often be seen directly from the bedroom or balcony. Bedroom two The second bedroom also features a queen bed, wall-mounted TV and its own private ensuite bathroom located inside the bedroom. Bedroom three The third bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, offering a little extra privacy. While it does not have an ensuite, the main bathroom is located directly beside it and can easily serve as a private bathroom for guests using that room. All three bedrooms include TVs and can be locked for privacy. Living area The main living area features large glass windows overlooking the Brisbane River and Story Bridge, allowing you to enjoy the view from the lounge, kitchen or dining area. Two large leather couches face the main TV, creating a comfortable space to relax. Kitchen and dining The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a full-size fridge and freezer. The six-seat dining table sits beside the floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view while dining. Office space A separate dedicated office area includes two office chairs, a monitor and a USB-C dock so you can connect your laptop and work comfortably during your stay. Balconies The apartment includes two balconies — a private balcony connected to the master bedroom and another balcony accessible from the main living area, both overlooking the river and Story Bridge.

The apartment is located on the 29th floor of the Felix building (also known as Oaks on Felix) in Brisbane’s CBD. Guests have access to the building’s Level 5 amenities, which include a 25-metre heated lap pool, heated spa, sauna, gym and BBQ area. The location is extremely central. From the building you can walk to Queen Street Mall, the Brisbane Riverwalk, the new Star Casino precinct and South Bank Parklands with its cafes, restaurants and man-made beach. The Botanical Gardens and the Kangaroo Point Green Bridge are also around a one-minute walk from the building, with the bridge providing easy pedestrian access across to Kangaroo Point and its scenic cliffside walks. Car parking is not included in the standard booking price. However, paid parking inside the building can usually be arranged through the host for approximately $39 per day (discounts may apply for longer stays). Alternatively, parking may sometimes be arranged directly through the Oaks reception. As this is a residential building, guests are asked to respect building rules and keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the evenings.
